• A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to confirm your booking.

• 24-hour notice required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.

• Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation or late fees.

• Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless a wash is included in your service.

• No extra guests unless being serviced.

Payment

• The remaining balance is due at the time of service, and must be paid in cash or via Zelle.
